BCMC (BCM4350) not loading on 26.3

Been using BCMC Companion on 26.2 successfully for a while now. Updated to 26.3 while disabling BCMC due to OTA issues first. After re-enabling and not forgetting anything:

• Checked the PCIe device path, still matches
• Bin file still exists at exact the location
• Checked SHA-256 checksum, it matches
• Checked matching device properties
• Checked boot-args with wlan.pcie.detectsabotage=0 including the -v boot parameter
• BCMC is set to load after Lilu, Lilu is the very first kext

The original EFI which was working with Tahoe 26.2 was left unchanged, it still did not boot with a working DW1820A. Any direction how to further troubleshoot this? The BCMC worked great on 26.2 (except for WPA/2, which is known).

Both of these commands do not show anything which would seem bcmc should be running:

• sudo dmesg | grep bcmc
• kextstat | grep bcmc

I can’t get it to work, unless I miss something in the troubleshooting process. It worked fine on 26.2.
