TRMA Frequency and Callsign Master List issues

Let's use this channel to track the various issues / inputs for the TRMA Frequency and Callsign Master List.

Here are the first points:

1. Rovanemi - ATIS - 133.7 is the same frequency as Range 21 Secondary - Copper 10 - 133.70

2. Frequencies for CVN-73 are still void in the xls file. The .miz file has the following:
CVN-73 - AI Tower: PRI 300.000 SEC 127.500
CVN-73 - Recovery Tanker: PRI 142.500 SEC 127.500

I suggest the following for CVN-73 (cf. this issue: #33)
CVN-73 - Tower: PRI 309.100 - I suggest modifying BRONZE 1 to this new frequency (currently 309.000)
CVN-73 - Marshall: PRI 309.200 - I suggest modifying SILVER 10 to this new frequency (currently 309.900)
CVN-73 - AI Tower: PRI 309.500 (COPPER 6 currently free)
CVN-73 - Recovery Tanker: PRI 282.500 (SILVER 12) - 1) it's a UHF frequency 2) it's a free frequency in the 12 column color list (as all other tankers)

Obviously the .miz will have to be updated accordingly once a decision has been taken.

Note: it seems there's currently some testings with a CVN ATIS frequency, that should be added in the list above.

@Gabykhan careful, the freqs in the mission file for the carrier assets are misleading, as the freqs are set via script.
I confirm those:

CVN-73 - Tower: PRI 309.100
CVN-73 - Marshall: PRI 309.200
CVN-73 - AI Tower: PRI 309.500 - I strongly suggest to rename that from AI Tower to AI ACLS or something, so people don't use it for anything other than that. 309.100 is in use for Tower, regardless of whether human ATC is present or not.

CVN-73 - Recovery Tanker: PRI 282.500 (SILVER 12) - 1) it's a UHF frequency 2) it's a free frequency in the 12 column color list (as all other tankers).
Recovery Tanker Freq right now is:

ArcoWash:SetTACAN(64, 'SH1')
ArcoWash:SetRadio(142.5)

If you want me to change recovery tanker freq to 282.500 fine with me, but I'd need to know so I can change the code

I suggest not to use any secondary freqs for any of the above, as this will just add more confusion at no gain

Also unless there is a really good reason to change the tanker freq, I'd ask you not to do that, as 108th already edited their planes in the ME. What is the real benefit to change it ?
Also, since you guys changed Marshall from 309.900 to 309.200 please someoene make sure that this change is reflected in the CV OPs docs (both the one for ATC and for the pilots).

We go in circles with those freq issues for far too long now. Let's please settle this once and for all so we can finally move on developing other things in the TRMA

I have no idea when or why the change from 309.900 to 309.200 was done. It doesn't really make a difference, we just need to agree on something officially and put it in use.

@Gabykhan As stated above, if you want to change the recovery tanker freq, please also then go ahead and edit all F14 presets, as they were set with the old VHF freq on the recovery tanker ofc. If I understand correctly, Lefty can provide you with a miz file to edit the F14 presets .

Edit: Also please edit the carrier info then on trma brief so its all correct after the change

The ATRM, our standard training mission before working on the TRMA, had Marshall on 309.900 basically since the carrier was released. As such, the CV docs reference 309.900 as Marshall freq. Please someone, whoever decided to change Marshall freq, @132ndEvo ? go ahead (or delegate), and edit the CV docs, either take out the reference to 309.900 or change it to 309.200.

Im not opposing any changes, Im just saying that it needs to be consistent.

I have corrected the Rovanemi freqs. Both ATIS and TWR freq due to TWR freq beeing on the AI freq (DCS AI on both UHF and VHF IAW what is in the .miz). The real world freq that we had for TWR was the same as DCS had as VHF freq.
So Rovanemi should be working now
