Plugin should respect Output options

Description

At the time of writing, the studio plugin compilation workflow prompts the user to select their desired output location, and generates all outputs (Server, Client, Types) there.

Proposed Solution

The selection process should be removed altogether, and user defined output locations should be used instead. The format for the path should use the same parsing and resolution implementation as the Library options.
