Show how many PRs contributor has made over recent time period

Problem

Over several projects we've seen (what I assume are) human contributors use AI tools to submit something like 300 PRs to 100 different repos in the span of 24h. This information would be very helpful to have.

Proposed Solution

Get information on how many PRs this author has submitted in the recent past. It doesn't have to run for every PR, but maybe only for first-time contributors.

I love this idea. I think how I'd prefer to pick it up is as a bot detection measure. And concretely, I'd implement it as a hypothesis of a useful method, and try to prove that it is predictive of merge behavior before including it within a revision to the scoring methodology. Ideally, I'd like to see that such a spike can be shown to reduce probability of getting merged.
