Any user with access to the wiki module can create a wiki. Click the create button or use the menu item to create a new wiki. If you select the public checkbox, the wiki will be visible (but not editable) by anyone with access to the module. The type selector determines how pages in the wiki will be edited. Rich text is more familiar to most users. Markdown offers an editor more oriented to power users. For more details on the Markdown format see Markdown

Click the edit tab to make updates to the Home page of the new wiki.

To work with images, attach the images to the wiki first and they will appear below the editor and can be dragged and dropped into the rich text editor.
Depending on the configuration of the module, text changes may save automatically. Otherwise click the save button that appears when the text first changes.
Wiki words surrounded by double square brackets can be used as a shortcut to create new pages. When the text changes are saved, any wiki words are turned into links to a new page with a title matching the wiki word. By following the links, a new page will be created in the wiki.
Alternatively, the RTE toolbar offers a create page button.
The wiki home page is accessible from the menu and lists all wikis that the logged in user has access to. Click the title of the wiki to see its Home page.
Users can be associated with a wiki. The association is marked with a role of reader or editor and the user interface will limit access appropriately.
Each wiki page can have comments and attachments. Attachments can be a useful way to bring images into your wiki pages.
The wiki history tab shows a history of all changes to pages in this wiki.
The wiki page history shows a history of all changes to this page.
Clicking the title of the last modified page in the wiki history or the View button in the page history will show a preview of the page content at that moment in time.
Load a historic version as the current version by clicking Load this version
