Subject: [PATCH] Pass the canary's paid secrets only on a weekly run; the
 daily run stays free

Paid canary paths (proxy, Scraping Browser, captcha) run weekly on Mondays;
free paths keep their daily schedule. A manual dispatch runs everything.
