Goal

Create a lightweight process for collecting, reviewing, and routing user feedback after release.

Scope

• Cover feedback sources such as in-app feedback, App Store reviews, and direct reports
• Define how feedback is reviewed, categorized, and converted into issues or roadmap inputs
• Keep the process small enough for an indie/mobile team cadence

Acceptance Criteria

• There is a clear flow from user feedback to tracked action
• Owners and review cadence are defined
• The process is sustainable for ongoing releases
