Feature: Project Lifecycle Management (Archiving & SVN Freeze)

The Problem

Currently, the Macuare Hub only supports active projects. Completed projects remain in the artist and TD dashboards indefinitely, creating visual clutter and a risk of accidental modifications to finalized assets.

Proposed Solution

Implement a "Close / Archive Project" workflow exclusively for TDs.

Tasks to Complete

• Add an "Archive" button in the TD Dashboard (or inside the project config UI).
• Write logic to execute an SVN commit/lock (Freeze) to prevent further commits.
• Move or tag the project in 05_config_estudio so it no longer appears in the active projects list.
• Create an "Archived Projects" view, showing read-only information and a direct link to the final deliverables (e.g., the exported .mp4).
