Scrollbar doesn't squeeze

It should squeeze to smaller size when dragged to top or bottom.

I had this in for a while, and if you pass in indicatorHeightEffect : true to the options hash you'll see it. However, it's not perfect (yet) since using the webkit transform scale shrinks it in both directions, and making up for it with transformY didn't help. (I can't use height because it's slow as hell).

I'll work on this at some point, but if anyone has ideas about this I would appreciate help.
