Always thinks it's stuck

Every 10 sec during a task it will say Bot appears generally stuck (no movement for ~10s), triggering shimmy and it starts shimmying, which also messes up whatever it's doing

Using last release version 1.21.1, for some reason the issue still appears

The anti-stuck logic has been substantially reworked (v0.30-v0.41): net-progress-based give-up, walker vs executor handoff, and a search stall-cap for unreachable goals. If the bot still 'always thinks it's stuck' on the latest 1.21.11 release, a short repro (what task/goal, terrain) would help pin the remaining case.
