[Minor Bug] Child onboarding input doesn't prompt for name

Describe the bug
In the child settings, you can set a name but when you initially add children in the user signup/onboarding flow it doesn't show that input as an option.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/onboarding'
2. See no child name input
3. Complete onboarding flow
4. go to '/profile'
5. See child name input

Expected behavior
The child information inputs should be consistent between both pages.

Relabeling as an enhancement rather than a bug. You can already add the child name later through the Profile page so the app isn't broken without it during onboarding. Adding a name prompt to onboarding would be a nice improvement but its not a missing feature.
