Child profile cannot be removed without first clicking 'Add Child'

Describe the bug
Users cannot delete an existing child profile directly unless the user first clicks the 'Add Child' button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://442-spring-2026.github.io/E/#/dashboard
2. Login or create account
3. Click profile
4. Click add child

Expected behavior
The "Remove" option should always be visible and accessible next to existing child profiles without requiring the user to click the "Add Child" button.
