I have two Python scripts, one for accessing data and the other for uploading data. Both can be run through the terminal as a command-line interface.
I have added a link to a CodeiMD instance in the Publishing folder from the TUDelft for the collaborative notes during the workshop (to get inspiration/practices from the code refinery workshop by the e-science center) and for the presentation. Hence, the participants have it right away.
