Hi Aleks, the contents are in the lesson file inside the Lesson development folder. Feel free to modify it, like adding more examples.

I have two Python scripts, one for accessing data and the other for uploading data. Both can be run through the terminal as a command-line interface.

I have added a link to a CodeiMD instance in the Publishing folder from the TUDelft for the collaborative notes during the workshop (to get inspiration/practices from the code refinery workshop by the e-science center) and for the presentation. Hence, the participants have it right away.

Hi Leila,
it already looks great! Do you have a workflow in mind? I can see that in CodiMD, you add parts included in the Lesson_development/Presentations/ folder. There are sections of the Presentations in separate .md files and the Presentation_all_md_together.md . Which one should I use if I want to make changes? Should I then update the CodiMd manually?

For the lesson development, should we use lesson.md to create a flow of the workshop?

I would work on a branch and make a PR!

Indeed, so we can edit individual markdowns and the produce a new all_together.md document with the changes , and paste it in the codiMD document. In that way we have a record of the changes through the all_together document. Does that make sense?

Yes , indeed, we would go through this markdown (the hands on session) after the intro using the CodimD
