Python package connect4tu to reuse/distribute in the workshop

I was inspired to create a Python package to improve the reusability of the basic Web API calls we are going to make: fetch, upload, and fetch with report >< .

In this way, the participants can have a Python library that can handle these actions.

I think it's OK to show it as an example of how the API use can be personalized for specific needs, but we should not use it as a tool/ add-on to use the actual API. This would give an impression that the tool is maintained.

I think one of the main goals / learning objectives is for participants to familiarize with handling (REST) API calls, know what they mean and how incorporate the results of calls in their code.
