@leilaicruz , I've discussed a workshop with Bjorn, Alessandra and Sara late last week.
We agreed that it would be good to make it interactive and give the participants lots of 'activation' moments, so that they stay focused.
We agreed using the CodiMD is already a good step forward - participants could use it to share the results of the exercises.
I thought a good setup would be, after each example give participants a moment for an exercise where, we alter the request only a little bit compared to the example. (e.g. only change the date in the call or add a parameter as a bonus point).
We can ask the audience how they did it and/or ask to share results in the CodiMD - that was a suggestion from Data Stewards, as they felt not every participant feels like speaking up in front of the group. This is a setup similar to CodeRefinery. This would require one of us handling the CodiMD, while the other presents. Would that be OK for you?
We can discuss on Wednesday.
