Feature: Modifier Key on Message Hover to Access Advanced Options #230
Description
Describe the problem
At the moment, the only way to open the "advanced" message options (pin, copy link, read receipts, reacts, etc.) is by either clicking with the mouse or activating the button via keyboard selection.
Describe the solution you'd like
A good convenience feature would be to hold a modifier key (shift, ctrl, or a user-choice binding?) while hovering over a message with the mouse to bring up the advanced options, similar to how hovering brings up the quick actions now. This is implemented in Discord as a comparison point.
