[BUG] Navigation tabs are not centered correctly for some languages

Describe the Bug

For some languages, the navigation tabs are not centered correctly on the screen. I suppose this is based on how the app handles this more generally, but it is very pronounced with three tabs specifically. I have tested this on English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Indonesian and it happens on all of them with varied off-centering, except English and Italian. It seems to me that it is worse when the strings are longer.

For reference implementations, check LibreTube's navigation bar, which also allows changing the number of tabs as well as their order. I also really like how label appears only when the tab is selected, but I digress.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change to one of the specified languages (it may happen on others, too)
2. Select only three navigation tabs in Content Display
3. Leave the configuration screen
4. Observe the issue

Expected Behavior

The icons should be spaced correctly with the strings centered below their corresponding icons.

Actual Behavior

Neither the icons nor the strings are centered correctly.
