Bug - Accordion item should not be connected to outside Accordion items

Operating system:

• Safari (It works correctly on Chrome)
• MacOS

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as a doctor
2. Visit the monitor patient tab
3. Select any patient, then Patient information
4. Select an Accordion item
5. Verify that the on in the Patient Monitor page is open/close

• Selecting an Accordion item should opened only the Accordion item of the current Accordion.

Actual result:

• Selecting an Accordion item opened all the Accordion item in the same position. (i.e. When you click on position 1 item, it opens all the accordion item at position 1)
