Bug - When a Health Official or Immigration Officer views a patients contact tracing report, the dates of creation of the report is not displayed accurately #85
Description
The report creation dates of each patient contact tracing report shows nonsensical dates, stuff like 71th April 6101. Needs investigation and a fix.
