Our planned progression:

1. Learning Phase: CRUD APIs → Search basics → Libp2p ping-pong → React CLI UI
2. MVP: Integrate modules into a working prototype
3. Optimizations: Add multimodal embeddings, disk caching, filters
4. Production: Dockerization, deployment, monitoring

Questions to consider:

• How granular should early tasks be (e.g., single-file CRUD)?
• Should we build interactive onboarding tutorials?
• How to pair them with mentoring or mentorship channels?
• Milestones vs task lists vs guided mini-projects—what works best?
