Hello
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am trying to build gsplat on a device equipped with the gfx1151 architecture (RDNA 3.5). Currently, it seems this architecture is not officially supported or included in the build targets.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would appreciate it if you could add support for gfx1151 to the project. Enabling this target would allow users with the latest AMD consumer APUs to utilize this library.
Additional context / Questions
Beyond this specific architecture, I have a broader question regarding the scope of this repository:
Are there plans to officially support consumer-grade RDNA GPUs (Radeon RX series, APUs) in the future, or is this port strictly targeting the CDNA / Instinct data-center lineup? Clarification on the roadmap for non-Instinct hardware would be very helpful for the community.
System Info:
- OS: Linux
- GPU: gfx1151
- ROCm Version: ROCm 7.2
