[SOP deviation email] consent date missing false flag for AMP-SCZ IDs in the Penn CNB table in the report

The PennCNB data pull logic had been updated to AMPSCZID_n in addition to AMPSCZID. The SOP deviation email report falsely flags PennCNB data with the consent date as "Consent date missing".
