R2 Map

Hey,

Just taking a look at the single-orientation demo script.
It asks for an R2 map for an input...
So does that mean I should also be acquiring a multi-echo T2 weighted image?

Or am I getting the R2 map from the multi-echo SWI scan? (but then it would be R2*...)

Ah, looking at the paper, yes, I would require a separate multi-echo spin-echo sequence
