DOS-style CRLF  line endings when running on linux

I'm not sure if this is an accident or it could be intended functionality.

I noticed the output of amrrules has DOS-style CRLF line endings when running under linux. That's not typical, but maybe that helps with Excel importing or something? 

This obviously doesn't cause a big problem since it's easy to fix; I just wanted to point it out in case it was unintentional.
