[Feature] Add WTA (women's tennis) support to slate runner

Currently the slate runner only processes ATP matches. Adding WTA support would double our coverage and prediction opportunities.

Scope:

• Update slate_runner.py to query WTA fixtures
• • Add WTA ELO ratings to the model
• • • Ensure dashboard displays WTA matches correctly

I think the issue might be related to the fact that the slate_runner.py script only imports the atp module, which doesn't include WTA data. To add WTA support, we'll need to modify the slate_runner.py script to import the wta module as well. Can you confirm if the wta module exists and has the necessary data for the WTA ELO ratings?
