Adds SETUP.md with current local setup, Vercel deployment notes, and a clear API key matrix. Documents that the current app requires no runtime API keys today, and separates future DeepAgents/LLM and persistence variables from the shipped client-side app. Also links SETUP.md from README. Validation: git diff --check.
