Summary

• Replace MIT license with PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0
• Update package metadata and README license badge/section
• Add COMMERCIAL.md clarifying that commercial use requires separate written permission

Notes

• AGPL was not used because AGPL permits commercial use when its license conditions are followed.
• PolyForm Noncommercial is a source-available, non-commercial software license.
