Add SDLC lifecycle blueprint flow

Summary

• add a lifecycle readiness schema section and intake step for PM, UX, engineering, security, deployment, MCP/docs, skills/subagents, and analytics feedback loops
• add a deterministic lifecycle execution plan artifact and enrich architecture, launch/ops, and coding-agent prompt outputs
• add a Google Cloud feedback-app template covering Cloud Run, Firestore, BigQuery, Looker, IAM/service accounts, security review, and Claude on Google Cloud / Vertex AI
• update the Python agent contract and docs so AI proposals can fill lifecycle fields while generated outputs remain deterministic

• in-app browser preview: /projects/new shows the GCP template; selecting it opens intake; Lifecycle readiness is populated with GCP cloud/security/analytics details
