Images already loaded do not appear on the select field after clearing and re-adding

Reproduction steps:

• Upload an image (A)
• Upload an image (B)
• Note both image names in select field, Note display of point cloud (B)
• Clear image list
• Upload an image (A)
• Note display of point cloud (A), but select field is empty. The image select field will not re-populate any previously loaded images in the same page load.
