Phasing out older images

As part of an ongoing effort to clean up dependent images, it is good to start looking into the following replacements.

• ubuntu_24/dqrobotics by ghcr.io/dqrobotics/container:noble.
• ubuntu_24/dqrobotics_ros_jazzy by ghcr.io/marinholab/ros:jazzy.

After you replace those, I will update the sas:jazzy image accordingly.

I suppose you might still be using the ubuntu_24/dqrobotics_coppeliasim image. If not, might be also good to remove.
