How should I cite this package?

I've just recently started thinking about heatwaves, and this repo saved me a ton of time getting into the field. Do you have a preference for how the package should be cited? Thanks!

Glad to hear that the HDP has helped with your research! We are currently working on a JOSS paper that would be preferable to cite once it is published. Until then, I added a citation to the bottom of the README.md that should suffice.
