Remove or rescan retired byImprint MCP listing

The ToolTrust page below is stale and should be removed or rescanned:

It currently describes a retired byImprint creator-intelligence MCP/tool surface, including old creator-audience claims, old pricing, GitHub/npm references, and old byimprint.com/intelligence report framing. byImprint no longer operates that as an active product or offer.

Upstream/source cleanup already completed:

• GitHub repo now marks the MCP package as retired and has been archived: https://github.com/byimprint/mcp-server
• Repo description now points to the current byImprint homepage.
• server.json and README now describe the MCP listing as retired/historical.

The remaining stale upstream source appears to be the Smithery listing:
https://smithery.ai/server/james-bf0v/imprint-intelligence

Requested outcome: please remove the ToolTrust listing or rescan it so it no longer presents retired MCP/creator-intelligence/pricing copy as current byImprint information.

Update: the upstream Smithery server has now been deleted via the Smithery API.

Evidence:

• DELETE https://api.smithery.ai/servers/james-bf0v%2Fimprint-intelligence returned { "success": true, "namespace": "james-bf0v", "server": "imprint-intelligence" }.
• A follow-up GET to the same Smithery API resource now returns 404 / Server not found.
• smithery mcp search imprint-intelligence no longer returns james-bf0v/imprint-intelligence.

The ToolTrust page still serves stale cached content at https://www.tooltrust.dev/tool/james-bf0v-imprint-intelligence. Please remove it or force a rescan now that the Smithery source is gone.

Removed the retired james-bf0v-imprint-intelligence ToolTrust report/detail page and removed it from the full directory so the stale byImprint creator-intelligence/pricing copy is no longer published from this repo.
