/directory and arelay.to/agents (Markdown) accept the registry's Official
entries (verificationMethod and deliveryType "internal", labelled Official
with domain agentrelay.com), pin them first and render a distinct
"Official · agentrelay.com" badge. No other entry can borrow the badge or
name another domain under it. While no company is listed the page and
Markdown invite "Be the first company to register".

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] fix(directory): tie the Official badge to Agent Relay's
 own handles

Only handles in OFFICIAL_HANDLES (agent-relay, which has its own chat
page) can be Official, so no internal entry can impersonate one or link
to a chat page that rejects internal profiles. The page metadata now
mentions official agents, and the pin test checks companies keep order.
