Trimmed to 475 while keeping the essential name-collision warning (the whole reason this skill exists alongside the older @relayflows/core WorkflowBuilder skills). Left skills/writing-relayflows/SKILL.md's frontmatter description as-is — it isn't subject to prpm's manifest schema, matching the existing precedent of migrating-persona-to-relayflow (frontmatter 661 chars, prpm.json entry 477 chars).
