Add Mascot GUI and Logic

There are no GUI files for the Mascot system in this version of DBO.

Step 1: ✔
Add GUI files

Step 2: ✔
Map the main menu button to open the new GUI for Mascot

Step 3: 
Connect the Server logic to the new Mascot GUI
