Restore v0.1.2 main ancestry into develop

Goal

After the successful squash promotion and annotated v0.1.2 Release, restore the release commit ancestry into develop with one validation-approved zero-file normal-merge PR.

Invariants

• PR diff contains zero changed files.
• PR head tree equals current develop tree.
• PR history contains both current develop and released main as parents/ancestors.
• Required checks and independent validation pass.
• Only allow_merge_commit and develop.required_linear_history may be temporarily changed.
• A restore-first handler restores all repository and branch-protection settings before merge outcome is interpreted.
• No force push, tag move/delete, marker commit, or remote branch deletion.

Completed via zero-file normal-merge PR #64. Repository and branch-protection settings were restored before outcome interpretation; develop tree is unchanged and contains both released main and prior develop ancestry.
