The application may access the following folders:

- EU4 folder, specified by the user (for example

The application writes to files only upon user request, and only to the selected mod files. The application does NOT access the internet, and does NOT transmit any data online.
The application may cache processed data, if enabled, in its config file located in:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\EU4_PCP
The data cache may be cleared by disabling this option in the application settings.
