Use proxy if video is unavailable in VDS contry #32

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Sometimes videos are restricted from my contry, so it cannot be played.
Describe the solution you'd like
Start proxy in queue where video is unavailable. Also in env file add PROXY var with array of ip adresses, logins, passwords and etc.
