Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to MacOSCleaner!

To ensure that the project can remain dual-licensed under both GNU GPLv3 with Commons Clause v1.0 (Custom Non-Commercial) and a Commercial License, all contributors must agree to this Contributor License Agreement (CLA) when submitting a Pull Request.

Agreement Terms

By submitting a Pull Request or contribution to this repository, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Assignment / License Grant: You retain copyright ownership of your contribution, but you grant the project maintainer (AlexTkDev) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and license your contribution under:

    • The GNU General Public License v3.0 with Commons Clause v1.0 (or any later version/custom license).
    • Alternative Commercial / Proprietary Licenses granted by the maintainer.

  2. Original Work: You represent and warrant that your contribution is your original creation, and that you have full authority and legal right to grant the permissions above.

  3. No Obligation: The maintainer is under no obligation to accept, merge, or retain any contribution.

Submitting a Pull Request to this repository constitutes automatic acceptance of this agreement.
