Documentation webpage per version, with version selector

Motivation

Since we are going to have multiple versions and there are going to be breaking changes, it would be nice to be able to browse the rendered documentation for each version.

Proposed feature

• Keep the documentation for multiple versions
• Have a menu to switch between versions.

This is indeed a nice feature to have. The main issue is that Fumadocs does not natively support multiple versions.

A possible implementation would be to keep the docs fully static, but persist generated versions in a dedicated docs-deploy branch.

• latest/ is rebuilt from main
• when a release tag vX.Y.Z is created, CI builds that version once and adds it under vX.Y.Z/
• stable points/redirects to the latest release
• Fumadocs gets a version switcher between latest, stable, and tagged versions, this should be fairly easy to implement.

Cloudflare Pages can then deploy the docs-deploy branch directly. For PR previews, we can use a separate Pages project (or branch-specific build configuration) that builds the docs directly from the PR branch, so the existing preview workflow is preserved.

This keeps the setup fairly simple and avoids needing separate storage/infrastructure for old documentation builds.
