Make sure you have set up your team's accounts first!
(but if you need help with this, come to the shed. Ask for DigitalLabs)

Requesting a meeting

1. Check out the meeting board and pick a slot.
2. Use your Project Identity to send an Email to Alice.
3. Use a subject: 'Meeting'
4. In the email: your team name, date and time of your requested slot
5. Wait for the response. We'll try and get back to you within the hour
6. When it's time for your meeting, come to the shed. Ask for DigitalLabs.
