Should be more intuitive in the settings, the part for adding custom post fields to be mapped (and then mapping them).
Right now you have to put the list of custom field slugs in a text box separated by commas, then save to see the list of input boxes to add the incoming form names for them.
Want to have a button to add the fields, which with JS enabled uses AJAX to add the fields and update the serialized option storing these field names...
