[Quests issues]: the task "Master of The Sky " failed to be completed since ethanol used comes from other mods than Immersive Engineering

Describe the issue

when i produce ethanol by the mod ChemLib , i didnt complete the task 'Fermenter' .As a result ,the tasks which depends on it directly or indirectly are locked and unable to be completed even though i got a Nexium Emitter.As the ATM9 provides various ways to produce ethanol except mod 'Immersive Engineering', it may be better to make the task ''master of the sky " not depend on the task "Fermenter" indirectly.
