What happened?

Lepidite bee has an invalid flower. If you manually update gregtech to any version past 7.2, the apiary script crashes when trying to read the flower for that bee.

also, for greenhouse, quark crashes the script for oak shrubs
ore processing recipes have several mistakes, "glauconite_sand_silked" is wrote as "sglauconite_sand_silked", and nether quartz is wrote as "minecraft:nether_quartz", when its "minecraft:quartz" also causing scripts to not load.
