Scraper fails to find any matches from thegamesdb.net for any TurboGrafx-16/PCEngine CD-ROM games

Apparently the built-in scraper neglects to look in the correct "platform" section of thegamesdb.com for TurboGrafx-16 CD-ROM games (it's separate from the TurboGrafx-16 HuCard section), so it completely fails to find matches (even when I tell it to manually scrape, and even when I manually input the game's title exactly as it appears in thegamesdb.com, and even though I've manually verified that thegamesdb.com indeed contains matching entries that should be found by the scraper).
