Add renormalization pipeline

Descriptions

We will need a handy utility class to support tree-graph renormalization, with save and load of the current state of the renormalization results.

The class will include the minimum features of:

1. Allow defining and injecting named kernels for renormalization
2. Allow the use of defined kernels and perform a single step in the tree-graph on the target step
3. Allow save and load from file system for the entire tree-graph
