Support for Forum update

Hello, I would like to ask you to add support to the Telegram Forum function, unfortunately Pyrogram has been ignoring the requests, but everything has already been done by another user, if you can check and implement I thank you.

Hello, and thanks for the issue.
This fork actually support sending messages through threads in 1357c08 (released as v2.0.106+amn6), but the message_thread_id argument has to be specified manually in send_* methods, as usual.
In reply_* methods, your program should reply to the target message thread by default, otherwise let me know. Thanks!

I think you may be confusing the features, I'm referring to this telegram update that added Forum support.

Actually Telegram topics are also considered threads. Under the hood, topic messages are all replies to an "initial topic message", in a similar logic to that of comments in linked channel posts.

But yeah, apparently there's no is_forum in Chat or message_thread_id in Message, so there's no way to actually know the current thread/topic. So I'll leave that issue open for now.
