Thanks for all the work on the plugin.
I have a feature request/idea - where we can enable support for periodic notes such as: Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly notes.

E.g.,
@this year --> [[2026]
@this quarter --> [[2026-Q3]]
@this month --> [[2026-07]]
@this week --> [[2026-W31]]

This would be optional to replace the current behavior of this returning the first date of the year/quarter/month/week.

Thanks for the suggestion! This is already implemented — see #49 (and the PR that closed it, #50). Same idea: optional weekFormat/monthFormat/quarterFormat/yearFormat settings (Settings → Periodic notes), each empty/disabled by default so nothing changes unless you opt in. When set, @this week/@next week/@Q3/etc. use that format instead of the daily one.

Closing as a duplicate of #49. This will be available starting with the next release.
