Privacy: excluded domains never sent to the LLM

Allow an exclusion list of domains whose tabs are never sent to the provider (e.g. banking, health, internal tools).

• Filter excluded domains in tabAnalyzer.collectTabs before anything leaves the browser.
• Manage the list from settings.
• Reinforces the existing privacy promise (only titles + domains, only the used endpoint).
