File closed but handle not freed - file cannot be modified by other apps

Even after a file that was previously opened by HexEdit v4.0 has been closed the handle is not freed to allow other programs to access the file (e.g., Windows cannot delete the file - pop-up window appears Try again or Cancel until HexEdit application is closed and the handle is finally freed.)

a workaround for that is to use unlocker ;)

personally I've never had this issue, but it is a good thing to adress.
